After placing your order online, an authorized Néve Designs/Shopatron retailer fills and ships your order. One of this retailer's responsibilities is to offer great support and after-sale service. Each Néve Designs authorized retailer must meet strict service-quality standards to ensure that you have a satisfying experience every time you buy using the Néve Designs/Shopatron network.

At Néve we believe in supporting local retailers and we're happy to say that the Shopatron network fully supports the local shops you rely on. Once signed-up onto our Shopatron network, they will ship orders as authorized Néve Designs/Shopatron retailers.

Exchange Terms:
All exchanges for full refund must be done within 14 days of purchase. All exchanges for store credit must be handled within 30 days of purchase.
