Can purchases made in a store be returned to the Neve Warehouse?
We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the store where you made the purchase.
Is the same merchandise available online and in stores?
Neve is sold at retailers worldwide and we cannot guarantee that merchandise carried on the website will be available all in stores.
How will Gift Card purchases be refunded?
Gift Card purchased will be refunded in the form of another card and mailed to your billing address.
Returns: How should I ship my package?
Please use the most economical shipping method when returning a garment to us. Should you be exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you via Ground shipping service at no extra charge. If you wish to have the item expedited to you then you will be responsible for the additional charge.
Returns: When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
